To use, place the coal in your grill as usual. If you have smaller amounts, you may need to pile the coal up a little. Now switch on the Mono Lighter and place it on the coal with the outlet opening facing you. It is important that the Mono Lighter is not stuck into the coal, but only placed on top. After just a few seconds, the first sparks will rise from the coal. As soon as the coal starts to glow, you can lift the Mono Lighter slightly and use it as a hot air dryer. After just 90 to 120 seconds, the first embers will be created. Depending on the amount of coal and the desired heat, repeat the process elsewhere. The Mono Lighter is particularly suitable for lighting the coal in Monolith ceramic grills. But of course you can also use it with any other charcoal grill.
