The Gozney Arc XL is ready for use after just a few simple steps. The “assembly” is limited to inserting the batteries for the temperature display and the igniter, connecting the gas bottle and inserting the exhaust grille. Operational
After a heating-up time of around 30 minutes, the oven has reached a temperature of 500 °C. Pizza can now be produced every minute. A 40 cm pizza fits comfortably on the large, 2 cm thick pizza stone. The large oven opening offers plenty of room when turning the pizzas. The digital temperature display is easy to read. Here you can always see the precisely controllable dome temperature. The gas burner on the side creates a rolling flame that moves across the entire dome and ensures even heat distribution. After baking, the oven is easy to clean.
