FIRE&FOOD Promotion: The kettle grill classics celebrate their renaissance in 2024!

Particularly simple - simply special: This could be the motto of this new series that FIRE&FOOD has launched for 2024 in cooperation with the grill and BBQ brands Napoleon , Weber Grill and Rösle as well as the charcoal manufacturer ProFagus . Because these two attributes characterize both charcoal grilling and its favorite companion: the charcoal kettle grill. With the "Get to the kettle!" campaign, we want to draw more attention to this original way of grilling - and put it in the spotlight in the first issues of FIRE&FOOD.

It all starts on February 23rd with the publication of the FIRE&FOOD issue 01/2024. In the new magazine, we not only take a look back at the history of the kettle grill, but also take a closer look at kettle grill classics of exceptional quality. We explain how you can easily enjoy grilling with charcoal and refute some myths that surround charcoal grilling and can unfairly spoil the enjoyment. And while we're on the subject, we'll take a closer look at the different types of charcoal. Another topic in issue 01/2024 is heat distribution in the kettle grill. We point out common mistakes that are made when filling the kettle grill and can lead to burnt or undercooked food. We also describe various methods for properly lighting charcoal and briquettes.
