Rick Browne is FIRE&FOOD’s new US correspondent

The renowned grill master, chef, journalist, author, TV producer and presenter from Portland (Oregon) has incredible grill and barbecue expertise and is one of the few in the USA to have received an honorary doctorate (Ph. B. - Doctor of Barbecue Philosophy) from the Kansas City Barbecue Society for his expertise and commitment.

On May 22, 2024, he was also inducted into the American Royal Barbecue Hall of Fame ® - it is the highest honor awarded in the USA by the American Royal Association.
