The ideal reason for separation
The partition, made entirely of stainless steel, instantly transforms a Beefer Twin Pro into two independent cooking chambers, each of which can be used independently of the other thanks to the two controls. Instead of the 2/3 GastroNorm trays, you can now use 1/4 GN grids, trays, and more with your Twin Pro. The separate controls allow you to, for example, leave a burner off if one is sufficient, or create two different temperature zones, allowing you to beef vegetables or fish on one side and the perfect steak at full steam right next door.
