The Beefer One CHEF: A real professional with commercial kitchen approval for indoor use. Solid, high-quality workmanship and technology that sets standards. Ideal for chefs who want to get the most out of food in a small space in the kitchen: Haute cuisine à la Beefer!

The Beefer® One CHEF works exclusively with top heat and reaches temperatures of over 800°C, previously unheard of for commercially available grills. This is made possible by the special ceramic gas high-performance burner - Made in Germany. In addition to the short cooking time, which enables the exact degree of doneness to be determined, a huge advantage of the Beefer® One CHEF is that dripping meat juices do not burn due to the pure top heat. The juice obtained can be collected in the gastro bowl and used to make delicious sauces. In addition, the extremely high temperature on the surface of the grilled food leads to a type of caramelization (the so-called Maillard reaction). The result: a really crispy crust is created. In combination with the tender, juicy interior of the meat, this creates a completely new taste experience: for you and your guests. The Beefer® One CHEF - as the name suggests.
