The blade is sharpened to a slim shape, the knife is optimally balanced and tapers towards the tip. The blade is of course made of one of the highest quality German steels; the final grind is also applied by hand, as always, piece by piece. So that the end of the blade can also be used and re-sharpened particularly easily, the bolster ends in the middle of the knife blade.
