Recipe suggestion for the Pulled Pork Simmering Sauce:
Rub pork shoulder (approx. 2 kg) with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and brown the meat. Drain off the fat and add the sauce. Cook the roast in a closed pan in the oven at 160° C for 2 ½-3 hours. Pour the sauce from the pan over the roast several times. Then remove the meat, pull it into pieces, put it back in the pan and mix with the sauce. Serve the meat strips in sandwich rolls. For 6-8 people.
