When we think of mustard in Germany, we think of bratwurst in a bread roll or yellow spots on a white shirt. It's different in Carolina, where it is an important part of the BBQ culture. We took that as a model and so Don Marco's "Carolina Mustard “ was created. A slightly sweet rub with a spicy note and the slight acidity of mustard and vinegar. A new taste experience that does not require any paprika. Our fantastic composition for almost everything made from pork. Whether pulled pork, neck, roast or even ribs.
