A true 800 degrees Celsius in the cooking chamber – this means that from now on, you can also harness the full potential of a Beefer in XL in your home kitchen, on the patio, or anywhere where it's still dry and protected from the rain. So, completely without a gas bottle: full throttle – no throttle. A standard 16A outlet is sufficient. The E-Beefer XL has a "start-up circuit" that enables gentle start-up and calms overly hectic residual current devices.

The E-Beefer XL is one of the fastest types: While your oven easily takes up to 20 minutes to heat cheese to something edible, the E-Beefer heats it to at least 800 degrees Celsius in around 5 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature). And not in the burner, but in the upper cooking chamber, as befits a true Beefer. Well, then, a hand's breadth of cheese under the burner! The two burners can be controlled separately, so you can have an 800°C crisping zone and, for example, a sizzle zone at just 400 or 300 degrees.
