Care instructions:
Allow the cast iron grate to cool before cleaning. Then clean with hot water and a dishwashing brush; do not use detergent or soap. Not suitable for the dishwasher! After cleaning, dry thoroughly and grease with neutral oil or vegetable fat. Store in a dry place. Never store when damp or untreated.
