Ingredients
• 16 equal-sized cubes
from 5 weeks hung
Rumpsteak
• 12 scallops
• 2 red peppers,
cut into large pieces
• 8 equal-sized pieces of black pudding
For the marinade:
• 1 tsp pimenton
(Basque paprika powder)
• 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp coarse-grained mustard
• 1 tbsp cane sugar
• 1 shot of whiskey
preparation
First prepare the marinade by mixing all ingredients in

Add more or less ingredients according to your taste
