preparation
➊ Peel the apples, core them and cut them into slices. Mix the water and sugar. Roast the apple slices on the plancha and pour the sugar-water mixture over them again and again.
➋ As soon as they are caramelized, remove them from the plancha and place them on baking paper.
➌ Line a small cake tin with cling film. Line it with the apple rings. Now cover with the chocolate ice cream and finally form the top layer with the biscuits.
Cover completely with cling film and freeze.
➍ For the chocolate glaze, melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Optionally, add a dash of whiskey, which affects the amount of water that must now be added. Generally, a few tablespoons in total are enough to slightly liquefy the mixture. Mix well.
➎ Take the cake tin out of the freezer, remove the ring and the cling film, and cover with the chocolate icing from the middle. Decorate with a few edible flowers and chopped pistachios and/or chocolate shavings - more chocolate is always better!
