Banana-Mandarin Pizza

• Pizza dough (homemade
or from the refrigerated counter)
• 4 tbsp strained tomatoes
• 1 tsp spice mix
(Dried herbs,
e.g. Oregano,
Thyme, rosemary,
Garlic,
tomato flakes etc.)
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 banana, cut into thin
Sliced
• ½ can of mandarins,
drained
• 100g Camembert
or Brie, sliced
cut
• 30 g grated cheese
(e.g. Gouda, Mozzarella)

preparation
Preheat the pizza stone at high heat. Roll out the pizza dough thinly and cut it so that the piece is a little smaller than the pizza stone. (It is best to place it on baking paper and cut it together with the baking paper.) Spread the dough with tomato puree and season with salt, pepper and herbs. Cover with grated cheese, spread the banana pieces, mandarin oranges and Camembert on top. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting, place the pizza on the pizza stone and grill until the cheese is lightly browned. Remove the pizza, remove from the baking paper and serve.
