preparation

Make a cross-shaped cut in the top of the rind of the Brie cheese so that it can be easily opened later. Place the cheese on a cedar plank, mix the blueberries and bilberries with the BBQ sauce and the sweet chili sauce and place on the Brie.

Prepare the ceramic grill for direct grilling and set it to 165 °C. Place the plank on the grate over the embers and add a handful of smoking chips to the embers for an extra smoky flavor. Cook the Brie until it turns golden and melts inside. Serve the melted Brie with a spoon on crispbread, tunnbröd or crackers or simply dip it.
