preparation
➊ Make a cross-shaped cut in the top of the rind of the Brie cheese so that it can be easily opened later. Place the cheese on a cedar plank, mix the blueberries and bilberries with the BBQ sauce and the sweet chili sauce and place on the Brie.
➋ Prepare the ceramic grill for direct grilling and set it to 165 °C. Place the plank on the grate over the embers and add a handful of smoking chips to the embers for an extra smoky flavor. Cook the Brie until it turns golden and melts inside. Serve the melted Brie with a spoon on crispbread, tunnbröd or crackers or simply dip it.
