Ingredients

• 12 chicken wings
• 1 broccoli
• 250 g flour
• 200 ml beer
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• Liquid honey
• Broccoli
• Fat for frying

preparation

For the batter, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Sift the flour, add the beer, oil, sugar, salt and egg yolk and mix with the mixer.

Fold in the egg whites. Cut the vegetables or broccoli into bite-sized pieces, dip them in the batter and fry in hot oil at approx. 190° C until golden brown (browning level according to taste).

Then dip the chicken wings in the batter and fry them in hot fat. To do this, place around 22 briquettes under a 10 cm Dutch oven.

The dough is also suitable for other fruits and vegetables, e.g. apples, pineapples, mushrooms, cauliflower.
