Stuffed oranges
Ingredients
• 2 untreated
Oranges
• 100 g bulgur, according to

prepared
• 100 g red pepper,
into narrow strips
cut
• 1 garlic clove,
finely chopped
• Chili pepper,
into thin rings
cut
• 2 tbsp paprika paste
(Finished product e.g.
Ajvar spicy)
• 1 pinch cumin
• Salt
• Pepper
• optional: grated
Feta
preparation
Halve the oranges and squeeze them, leaving some of the pulp in the oranges and collecting the juice. Mix the prepared bulgur with the remaining ingredients and season with the spices and orange juice, adding grated feta if you like. Fill the orange halves with the mixture and grill indirectly on the grill at around 200 °C, serve as a side dish or snack.
Serve with 1 spoonful of yoghurt.
