
Green burger with burrata

Ingredients
• 4 burger buns
• 1 tomato
• 1 courgette
• 2 large oyster mushrooms
• some pesto
• 1 burrata
• 50 g rocket
• 50g Parmesan
preparation
➊ Cut tomatoes, zucchini and oyster mushrooms into slices.
Heat up a plancha or a grill plate and grill the vegetables with a little oil to give them some color.
➋ Cut the burger buns in half and grill them on the cut side.
Now put the burrata on the plancha and let it melt.
➌ Then assemble the burger as follows: Spread the pesto on the bun halves. Put the rocket on the bottom half and spread the zucchini, tomatoes and mushrooms on top.
➍ Pour the melted burrata over it and put the lid on – done!
