Potato Gratin Blue Wonder

Ingredients

• 500 g Blue Swede
• 1 medium onion, finely diced
• 100 ml whole milk
• 150 ml cream
• 100 g blue cheese,
broken into small pieces
• salted butter

• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• Salt
• White pepper

preparation

Heat up a grill with a lid and prepare for indirect grilling. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Arrange the potato slices in a fan shape in a buttered aluminum tray and season with just a little salt and white pepper.

Sauté the onion cubes in salted butter, add milk and cream and add the cheese pieces.

Mix everything well and pour over the potato slices. Grill at approx. 180 °C for 30 minutes.
