Ingredients

• 100g spaghetti
• 2 l water, salted
• 1 crow breast,
cut into slices and
seasoned with salt and pepper
• some crispy fried bacon
• 20 g onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg, with a fork or whisk
slightly beaten
• 100 ml spaghetti cooking water
• 20 g Parmesan, freshly grated
• Basil leaves, picked or whole
• some pepper, freshly ground
• some oil

The crow has a body length between 60 and 70
centimeters and can be a

In a large pot or Dutch oven over the roaring rocket stove or open flame, bring 2 liters of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti.

While the dish is cooking, prepare all other ingredients.

Heat a wok over an open flame and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add the crow breast slices and stir-fry for at least 3 minutes until cooked through.
