Ingredients
• 400 g chicken
• 300 g rabbit
• 240 g green beans
• 160 g white beans
• 150 g tomatoes, chopped
• 100 ml olive oil
• 800 ml water
• 350g rice
• 20 g salt
• 2 g paprika powder
• 1.5 g saffron
preparation
➊ Cut the meat into small pieces. Put oil in the pan, heat it up and add the meat. When the meat is golden brown, add the tomatoes and paprika powder.
➋ Then add the green and white beans, salt, saffron and water and let everything cook well.
➌ Spread the rice evenly in the paella pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes without stirring.
➍ If necessary, add a little more water and continue cooking on a low heat for another 10 minutes. When the rice is dry, remove the pan from the heat and let it simmer for a few more minutes - only then serve.
