Seekh Kebab

Ingredients

• 500 g minced lamb
• 1 onion,
very finely chopped
or grated
• 2 cloves of garlic,
pressed
• 1 tbsp ginger,
grated
• Juice of ½ lime
• 2 tsp paprika powder
sweet
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp turmeric

• ½ tsp cumin
• 2 chili peppers
(Quantity according to
Spicy taste)
• 2 tbsp cream yoghurt
• Salt
• Pepper
• ½ bunch of coriander,
roughly chopped


preparation

Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well, season with salt and pepper. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours. Then shape the mixture around one or more barbecue skewers with wet, oiled hands and press down well.
Grill directly over the coals for about 15 minutes, turning regularly. Sprinkle with chopped coriander to serve.
