Skirt steak with whiskey honey marinade and baked potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 skirt steak (from the butcher
mature demand)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tbsp sweet mustard
• 2 tbsp Slyrs Whisky 51
or other strong whisky
Salt and black pepper
at will

For the baked potatoes:
• 300 g potatoes
(preferably Bamberger Hörnchen)
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp melted butter
• Thyme and rosemary
at will

Sear the skirt steak then add the
Brush with marinade and let it rest indirectly in the grill until the desired core temperature (approx. 53 °C). After resting, fry the skirt against

PREPARATION Baked potatoes :
Put the potatoes in a bowl, rub them with oil, salt and pepper. Then bake them in the grill at 220 °C for about 30 minutes until they are done to the desired degree. Put the soft potatoes in a bowl, add the melted butter and season everything with freshly chopped herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
