Ingredients
• 1 kg neck, trimmed and cut into large cubes
• 12 small potatoes
• 1 bell pepper, cut into large pieces
• 4 mushrooms, halved
• Spring onions, cut into 3 cm pieces

For the marinade:
• 1 black garlic clove, chopped
• 100 ml grape syrup
• Juice and zest of 1 lime
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cumeo pepper

➊ First, make a marinade from the ingredients listed and marinate the meat cubes for 1 to 2 hours.
➋ Boil the potatoes and let them steam off. Remove the meat from the marinade and collect the marinade. Alternate the meat, potatoes and vegetable pieces on skewers.
➌ Set up a direct and an indirect grill zone in the grill. First grill the skewers on all sides and then leave them to finish cooking in the indirect area, brushing them with the remaining marinade in between.
