Ingredients
• 600 g Teres Major
• 1 red chili, finely chopped
• 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger,
finely chopped
• 100 ml soy sauce
• 1 bottle of coconut syrup
(alternatively maple syrup)
• 100 g grated walnuts
preparation
➊ Cut the meat into approximately 2 cm thick slices, mix the soy sauce with chili and ginger, and let the meat slices marinate for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the grill for direct grilling.
➋ Mix the grated walnuts with the coconut syrup until a thick paste forms. Grill the teres major slices directly over high heat for 2 minutes per side.
➌ To serve, pour the walnut paste over it.
