Ingredients

For the cake:
2 eggs
60 g sugar
60 g flour
60 g chopped walnuts
Vanilla sugar
Cinnamon

1 grated apple
approx. 20 g butter for
Grease your mug

Hot cider:
500 ml must
Juice and peel of an organic orange
Juice and peel of an organic lemon
Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, sugar

For granulating:
125 ml whipped cream
1 tablespoon of sugar

preparation

Preheat the grill to about 170°. Grease the mugs with butter.

Peel the apple and grate it coarsely. Divide it between the cups.

Beat eggs, sugar and spices until fluffy, then fold in flour and nuts.
