Christmas Quark Stollen
Ingredients
• 500g flour
• 200 g sugar
• 250 g curd
• 125 g soft butter
• 80 g almond sticks
• 80 g hazelnuts, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1 packet of baking powder
• Shell abrasion of 1
untreated lemon
• 1 handful of raisins
• 1 handful of candied lemon
• 1 handful of candied orange peel
• hot butter for spreading
• Powdered sugar

Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then slowly add the eggs and beat them as well. Now add all the other ingredients and knead the whole mixture by hand. Form into a Stollen.
Equip a grill with a lid with a pizza stone and heat it to 180 °C. Place the Stollen on the pizza stone and bake for about 60 minutes. Then spread with hot butter and sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar.
Cut into slices to serve.
