The well thought-out 2-in-1 solution for sausage and ham products (legally protected). Depending on requirements, the sausage rack can be used in two different ways. By simply turning the rack over, the sophisticated grid shape is suitable for different types of sausage and ham. Sausage and ham loops, as well as pairs of sausages, can be ideally hung up in this way.

A) “Hanging noses” pointing upwards: simply hang sausage loops or sausage yarn over the nose. (S-hook or
no further aids are necessary.)

B) “Hanging noses” pointing downwards: Sausage pairs can be easily hung into the “notch”.
