The popular Indian flatbread is served directly with fresh grilled specialties and tastes best when warm. The small breads are wonderfully fluffy and can be baked directly in the pan or roasted on the grill.

Don Marco's flatbread Naan Style baking mix is ​​a tried and tested and perfectly balanced recipe idea or baking mix! The addition of yoghurt is the decisive factor for a wonderful result. Bake perfect flatbreads quickly and easily without weighing or other hassle. You get around 10 flatbreads from a 420g pack.

The preparation of Don Marco's flatbread Naan Style baking mix
You also add: 120 ml lukewarm mild, 120 g butter, 120 g yoghurt (10% fat), 1 packet of fresh yeast or dry yeast. A little olive oil, melted butter and coarse salt.

Prepare the dough: Melt the butter and leave to cool slightly. Put the baking mix, yeast, milk, yoghurt and butter in a mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer on the lowest setting to make a smooth dough. Form the dough into a ball and grease with approx. 1 tbsp olive oil. Cover and leave to rise in the bowl in a warm place for approx. 1 hour. Knead the dough again and form approx. 10 balls. Cover and leave to cool. Shortly before baking, carefully form or roll out the dough into thin flatbreads by hand.
