PRECISE TEMPERATURES

The MeatStick's sensor is precisely calibrated in two places to ensure extreme accuracy. The internal sensors provide data up to 100 °C, while the ambient sensor displays temperatures accurate to within a degree up to 300 °C. The electronics in the stainless steel probe are protected by the meat during the cooking process.
