Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

For 4 people

• 4 chicken drumsticks,
whole or just lower leg
•4 oranges
• 4 tbsp herb mixture (from
Oregano, thyme, coriander,
Rosemary, parsley,
Tarragon)
• 4 tbsp orange liqueur
(e.g. Angel d'Or)
• Sea salt, pepper
• Pimenton
(Powder from smoked
Paprika)

Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Squeeze the oranges and mix with the herbs and liqueur. Place the drumsticks and the marinade in a large freezer bag and seal it tightly. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Brush the grill with a little cooking oil and grill the chicken legs on all sides over direct heat for a total of 12 minutes. Then place them in a less hot area of ​​the grill and grill for 35 - 40 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy. If you have one, close the lid and set the grill to 200°C.

Then season the legs with salt, pimentón and freshly ground pepper.
