Grilled meat with mushrooms
Ingredients
• 1 Wagyu entraña
• coarser sea salt
• Juice of 1 lemon
For the mushrooms:
• 4 large mushrooms
• 100g mozzarella,
divided into four pieces
• 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

• fresh oregano
• Paprika powder
• Olive oil
preparation
To grill an entraña really well, the meat should be seasoned or rubbed with a little lemon juice and coarse sea salt beforehand. Then grill slowly at medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Let the meat rest for a while and then cut into thin strips.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and add a little olive oil to each mushroom, then fill it with a piece of mozzarella. Also drizzle the tomato slices with a little oil.
Then grill the mushrooms and tomato slices. Season with oregano and paprika and place the tomato slices on the mushrooms.
