preparation

First, make a good wood fire and then prepare all the other ingredients: use a vegetable peeler to cut the carrots into long strips, add salt and sugar and leave to steep. Clean 2 peppers and cut into the desired shape, quarter the apple and cut into thin slices and put both together in a bowl and season with oil, salt and pepper. Cut another pepper into small cubes, mix with finely chopped cherry tomatoes from 1 bunch, salt, chili, sugar, oil and vinegar and fold in the chopped basil. Also use a vegetable peeler to peel the cucumbers into long strips down to the core.

Mix in finely chopped onions, dill, salt, pepper and sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Peel and pit an avocado and mix with the finely chopped cherry tomatoes from the second bunch, salt, pepper and lime juice with a fork to make a creamy salsa (optionally season with garlic). Cut the Gorgonzola into strips.

Grease the pan with oil and place it on the grill. Let a peeled onion cook indirectly on the grill, turning it constantly! Then fry the pepper and apple mixture with a few slices of chilli and deglaze with the cognac. Push to the side of the pan. Also put the beans in the pan and season with salt, pepper and hot sauce and push to the side.

Fry the sausages in the pan until they are browned to the desired degree, if necessary leave them to finish cooking on the grill. Now briefly pull the carrots through the pan and remove them again, and finally fry the eggs in the pan. Line the bowl with the washed romaine lettuce and arrange all the ingredients next to each other in it. Finally, add the Gorgonzola, the onion cut into strips and the toasted brioche to the bowl and finish everything off with a little lime juice and sesame seeds.

TIP: Of course, you can let your grill creativity run wild when it comes to bowls and just try out new things. The important thing is that you combine hot and cold, sweet and sour or spicy.
