Product test: ALL´GRILL Chef M – It can do everything except speak High German

The grill manufacturer ALL'GRILL has recently attracted attention with its new Air System. FIRE&FOOD wanted to know whether the system delivers what it promises and ordered the ALL'GRILL Chef M, a medium-sized grill, from the manufacturer. Equipped with 3 burners, a side burner, steak zone and back burner, the grill, which is made of full stainless steel, is an all-rounder with special features.

In the test, we were particularly excited about the air flow system, which uses a fan to circulate the air in the cooking chamber.

Assembly
The assembly took some time. It took around two hours. The confusing set of screws in particular caused a lot of confusion. While the pre-assembled grill area was easy to assemble, there were problems with the base cabinet. The gaps in the double-walled soft-close door were too tolerant for our taste. (After consulting ALL'GRILL, however, we were assured that this problem only existed with the test device).

Operation
In the test, we were particularly excited about the air flow system, which uses a fan to circulate the air in the cooking chamber. A baking test confirmed the effect of the fan by showing that rolls placed one behind the other were evenly browned. The effect of better heat distribution was also confirmed on the lid of the cooking chamber, which was warmer on the front side with air flow than without. Illuminated fittings, a grease tray that can be removed from the front and height-adjustable grates on the side burners are other features that make grilling more pleasant.

Conclusion:
The ALL'GRILL Chef M is a versatile, robust gas grill. We have already informed the manufacturer about minor shortcomings in the assembly and labeling of the fittings. These will be taken into account in the upcoming production. The same applies to the request to install the air flow ventilation regulator in the fittings area. With the idea of the air system, ALL'GRILL has succeeded in creating an innovation that will find many fans.
