Ingredients
• 2–3 Black Tiger Prawns,
Size 8/12 with head
• 250 ml lobster bisque
(French lobster soup)
• Corn starch
• 1 ½ cups olive oil
• 1–2 cloves of garlic
• ½ organic lemon, quartered
preparation
➊ Devein the shrimp, then wash them thoroughly and pat them dry. Lightly rub them with olive oil.
➋ Press the garlic and mix with the remaining oil.
➌ Grill the Black Tigers over direct, medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning regularly and brushing with the garlic oil.
