Ingredients

• 2–3 Black Tiger Prawns,
Size 8/12 with head
• 250 ml lobster bisque
(French lobster soup)
• Corn starch
• 1 ½ cups olive oil
• 1–2 cloves of garlic
• ½ organic lemon, quartered

preparation

 Devein the shrimp, then wash them thoroughly and pat them dry. Lightly rub them with olive oil.

Press the garlic and mix with the remaining oil.

Grill the Black Tigers over direct, medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning regularly and brushing with the garlic oil.
